So this post focuses on just one of the things we got up to in London - but in many respects was the most notable or adventurous. Myself and Sasha found ourselves confronted by an unusual blue sky winter's day one Sunday, and we thought we should take advantage of it - throwing a few ideas out there, but also suggesting the Greenwich trip we'd talked about doing a few times. Pretty much as soon as Greenwich had been mooted, we settled upon it.
It perhaps may not sound like much, but it was quite the day out - and in many ways took us as long to get to Greenwich as it does to take a trip out of London. A lot of sights, and sightseeing along the way as well as learning - and as such, this trip is going to count as a Trip as part of the "Two Trips Per Month" aim because in essence, it was a trip and it qualifies. Sure, the destination was one within London, but it was a distinct outing somewhere. And I enjoyed it - the weather played ball mostly, unusual for the time of year but gotta enjoy that winter sunshine when its around!
